Installation & Operational Safety
Mandatory Ignition Safety Protocol: While the FWG-1242 is meant to sit folded flat in the horizontal closed position during storage to act as a weather block, you must fold all four glass panels completely upright into the vertical shield position BEFORE engaging the electronic spark ignition. Attempting to light the fire table with the panels folded flat will trap a dangerous volume of unburned gas beneath the glass, which can lead to a delayed explosive burst.
