Installation & Operational Safety

However, you must fold the panels fully upright into the vertical shield position BEFORE striking the spark ignition switch. Igniting the burner while the glass panels are folded flat will trap rising gas volumes directly underneath the glass sheets, risking a dangerous delayed flare-up.
