Unlike rigid glass shields that must be lifted off and safely stored elsewhere when the fire pit is turned off, the FWG-1224 utilizes an innovative multi-hinge system. When the burner cools down, the four glass panels fold completely flat to cover the interior burner pan. This dual-state mechanic shields the internal fire gems and burner orifices from leaves, rainwater, and organic outdoor debris, eliminating the need for a separate metal or glass insert lid while maintaining a clean, low-profile tabletop aesthetic.

We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States.

• Delivery Time: 3 to 9 business days (includes processing and transit).

• Fulfillment: Orders placed before 12:00 PM PST (Monday–Friday) ship the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST or on weekends ship the next business day.

Shipping Restrictions

• We ship only within the United States.

• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.

• Deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii may be available for select items at an additional fee calculated at checkout.

Tracking & Delivery Issues

• Tracking: You will receive an automated tracking link via email as soon as your order ships.

• Freight Deliveries: For large items arriving via freight carrier, please inspect the box before signing. If the package is heavily damaged, refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.

Return & Refund Policy

Order Cancellations

• Before Shipment: You may cancel your order before it leaves our warehouse for a full 100% refund. Please email us immediately to stop processing.

• After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You must receive the item and follow our standard return process (restocking fees and return shipping costs will apply).

Return Window & Conditions

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the following rules:

• Condition: Items must be completely unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and packed in their original packaging.

• Final Sale: Clearance items, overstock, or any items purchased at a discount greater than 30% are final sale and cannot be returned.

Damaged Items & Replacements

• If an item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage.

• Once verified, we will ship a brand-new replacement unit or replacement parts completely free of charge.

• If you prefer a refund instead of a free replacement for a damaged item, we will issue a full refund back to your original payment method upon return.

How to Start a Return

1. Get Authorization: Email support@emberelite.com with your order number.

2. Ship it Back: Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Unsolicited returns sent without authorization will be refused.

Fees & Return Shipping

• Defective/Damaged Items: We cover 100% of the return shipping costs.

• Standard Returns (Changed Mind): The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and transit risks. A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your final refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and passes inspection at our warehouse, your refund (minus any applicable restocking fees) will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
