Installation & Important Information
Mandatory Operating Safety Warning: You must completely remove the White Onyx concrete burner cover before engaging the ignition or lighting the burner. Attempting to spark the unit with the cover in place will trap gas beneath the concrete shell, which can result in dangerous delayed ignition and catastrophic fracturing of the Supercast™ material.

Two-Man Assembly Lift: Because the White Onyx concrete top accounts for a massive portion of the unit’s 235 lb framework, it requires at least two adults to lift, unbox, and position it onto the steel base to prevent cracking the concrete overhang or straining your back.

Surface Considerations: Due to its high weight profile, ensure it rests on a structural hardtop surface (concrete slab, layout pavers, or structurally reinforced timber/composite decking). Avoid placement on soft lawn turf or loose pea gravel where settling can occur.
