The Wildfire WFLINER30G, WFLINER36G, and WFLINER42G are commercial-grade, heavy-duty insulated grill jackets (thermal liners) engineered exclusively for the Ranch Pro built-in gas grill series. When designing a custom backyard kitchen island, dropping a high-performance gas grill directly into combustible framing—such as wood studs, cedar paneling, plywood cabinets, or synthetic composite materials—creates an immediate, severe structural fire hazard.
Fabricated entirely from high-tensile, dual-walled 304 stainless steel, these insulated liners act as a heavy-duty thermal containment barrier. They slip directly into your island's rough cutout framing first, creating a safe, air-insulated pocket of protection. The corresponding Ranch Pro grill head then lowers right inside the liner, allowing you to build your dream outdoor kitchen with complete architectural freedom and absolute fire safety.
Key Structural & Safety Features
-
Dual-Walled Thermal Protection: Built with a double-layered 304 stainless steel wall profile that isolates the blistering, radiant heat of the grill firebox (which can exceed 700°F) from transferring directly into your island's wood or composite framing.
-
Corrosion-Resistant Exterior Grade: Constructed completely from premium 304-grade stainless steel to ensure the liner handles moisture, rain runoff, and extreme thermal cycling without rusting, scaling, or losing structural alignment.
-
Self-Supporting Overhang Flange: Features a clean, laser-welded perimeter lip that rests flush on top of your finished counter surface (granite, concrete, tile, or stone veneer), cleanly anchoring the liner and masking the raw cut edges of your island framing.
-
Integrated Gas Line & Electrical Pass-Throughs: Pre-engineered with dedicated knockout access ports at the rear of the steel chassis. This allows for clean, unpinched routing of both your rigid gas manifold lines and your 110V weather-proof electrical transformer cords for the hood lights.
Individual Model Sizing & Specifications
Because the insulated liner wraps completely around the outer perimeter of the grill's lower firebox, your construction crew must frame the island cavity to the specific liner dimensions below, NOT the standard grill dimensions.

Critical Island Construction & Safety Note
⚠️ The Framing Cutout Law: When compiling your blueprint specs for your masonry or carpentry crew, you must ensure they frame the rough opening specifically to the "Island Cutout" dimensions listed above, rather than the smaller standard grill specs. If the framing is cut too tight to fit the liner, the safety clearance is compromised. Conversely, if it is cut too wide, the top stainless steel flange will not have enough surface area to catch the edge of the counter, which can cause the entire liner and grill configuration to slip through the deck structure.
