When designing a custom backyard kitchen island, dropping a high-performance gas grill directly into combustible framing—such as wood studs, cedar paneling, plywood cabinets, or synthetic composite materials—creates an immediate, severe structural fire hazard.

Fabricated entirely from high-tensile, dual-walled 304 stainless steel, these insulated liners act as a heavy-duty thermal containment barrier. They slip directly into your island's rough cutout framing first, creating a safe, air-insulated pocket of protection. The corresponding Ranch Pro grill head then lowers right inside the liner, allowing you to build your dream outdoor kitchen with complete architectural freedom and absolute fire safety.

Critical Island Construction & Safety Note

⚠️ The Framing Cutout Law: When compiling your blueprint specs for your masonry or carpentry crew, you must ensure they frame the rough opening specifically to the "Island Cutout" dimensions listed above, rather than the smaller standard grill specs. If the framing is cut too tight to fit the liner, the safety clearance is compromised. Conversely, if it is cut too wide, the top stainless steel flange will not have enough surface area to catch the edge of the counter, which can cause the entire liner and grill configuration to slip through the deck structure.
