The Wildfire Outdoor Living Heavy-Duty Rotisserie Kits are commercial-grade mechanical roasting systems engineered specifically to pair with Wildfire’s Ranch Pro 30", 36", and 42" gas grill heads. This premium system slow-roasts larger cuts of meat by continuously rotating them directly in front of the grill's dedicated infrared back-burner. This constant motion bastes the food in its own natural juices, yielding tender, moist results with a crisp, evenly browned exterior.

Fabricated completely from high-tensile 304 stainless steel, these kits are built to endure the direct radiant temperatures of the rear burner without bowing, scaling, or showing wear from acidic marinades.

Key Structural & Mechanical Features

  • High-Mass 50-lb Capacity Motor: Upgraded with an enclosed, weather-shielded electric motor that features massive low-end torque. It easily spins up to a 50-pound heavy load of meat without stuttering or stalling.

  • No-Counterweight Balanced Design: The drivetrain and high-torque gearing are engineered to maintain smooth rotation speeds without needing a traditional external sliding counterweight assembly. This allows for a clean look and less adjustments during setup.

  • Thick Solid Steel Spit Rod: The core skewer is an extra-thick, solid stainless steel rod designed to bridge the entire span of the firebox, remaining completely rigid even under a heavy turkey, pig, or prime rib roast.

  • Four-Prong Heavy Meat Forks: Includes two multi-pronged, heavy-gauge stainless steel forks. These slide effortlessly onto the spit rod and lock down firmly with oversized thumb screws to secure unevenly distributed roasts.

  • Heavy-Gauge Support Mounting Hardware: Features thick 304 stainless steel slide-on brackets that mount seamlessly to pre-drilled points on the side walls of both the Stainless Steel (SS) and Black Stainless Steel (BSS) Ranch Pro hoods.

Individual Model Specifications & Proportions

Regardless of your chosen grill size, the motor capacity and 304 stainless steel composition remain identical; only the length and weight of the spit rod scale up to match the firebox.

Important Operational & Cleaning Notes

⚠️ The Warming Rack Guardrail: Before mounting the spit rod across your grill head, you must completely remove the secondary stainless steel warming rack from inside the hood. Failing to remove the warming rack will block the rotisserie rod path, preventing the meat from clearing its turning radius and potentially burning out the motor.

🧽 Cleaning & Maintenance: While the spit rod and meat forks are 100% dishwasher safe, you must never submerge the electric motor casing in water or spray it down with a pressure washer. Wipe the exterior housing down with a damp micro-fiber cloth only after it has been unplugged from your 110V island outlet. When stored during the off-season, remove the motor from its bracket and house it indoors to keep moisture out of the gear system.
